Dr. Michael Pim BS, DC, DA’c is the owner of Health and Wellness Centres and is best known for his wide spectrum of knowledge, expertise, and experience in the care of your spine and nervous system.
He has been in practice since 1992 and has professionally helped everyone from newborns, children, teens, and adults of all ages with a wide array of things such as colic, newborn subluxations, asthma, ADD/ADHD, focus, dyslexia, physical development, menstrual problems, scoliosis, posture development, sports injury, athletic performance and recovery times, vision problems, range of motion, coordination problems, diabetes, weight issues, neck/back/joint pain, chronic and terminal illnesses, organ function, strength/mobility/flexibility, mental/emotional health, and much more.
Dr. Michael believes in getting to the root of a problem because the patient will benefit far more from its resolution rather than trying to artificially suppress symptoms. Working with your body to help it become well and be well and live life at your best is the prime focus.
Dr. Michael’s father, Dr. Desmond Pim, originally from Northern Ireland, practiced chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, osteopathy and herbalism in Reading, Berkshire for 48 years and retired in 2010. Dr. Michael, his brother Dr. Richard, and his sister Dr. Fiona all graduated as doctors of chiropractic from the fountainhead of the profession – Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa, USA. Dr. Michael’s son, Christopher Pim completed his chiropractic degree from AECC in Bournemouth and is a third-generation doctor of chiropractic.

Amber is a Beauty Therapist specialising in eyelash and eyebrow treatments. She has over 10 years of experience in individual eyelash extensions. Amber qualified as an Eyelash Technician with Xtreme Lashes in 2012 and as a Beauty Therapist from The Beauty Workshop Training School in 2015.

Amanda is a licensed acupuncturist covering Twyford, Crowthorne, Bracknell, Wokingham, Sandhurst and surrounding areas.
She is committed to helping people reach full potential in their health by addressing the signs and symptoms relating to their physical, emotional and mental well being. She graduated from the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in 2010 and is a licensed member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
She works closely with ‘My Cancer My Choices’, who are a charity working alongside the NHS providing acupuncture support to cancer patients. Having completed a diploma in paediatric acupuncture in 2020, Amanda offers specialist clinics for babies, children and teengers too.
