SMARTHiFU is an advanced, non-invasive treatment designed to lift, firm and tighten the skin using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU).
Focused ultrasound energy is delivered beneath the surface of the skin at carefully selected depths, stimulating the natural production and remodelling of collagen and elastin.
The result is a gradual improvement in skin firmness, facial definition and the appearance of lines and wrinkles – without needles, surgery or significant downtime.
As we age, our natural production of collagen and elastin gradually reduces. This can lead to loss of firmness, changes in facial contours, jowls, lines and wrinkles, and looser skin around the face and neck.
SMARTHiFU works below the surface of the skin, delivering focused ultrasound energy into specific tissue depths.
This creates controlled thermal points within the targeted tissue, triggering the body’s natural healing response and stimulating new collagen and elastin.
Unlike treatments that work primarily on the surface of the skin, HIFU can target deeper structural layers, including the SMAS – the layer of tissue also addressed during surgical facial lifting procedures.
The surface of the skin remains intact.

Your treatment will always begin with a consultation so that we can assess your skin, facial structure and individual concerns and determine whether SMARTHiFU is the most appropriate treatment for you.
Some people may notice an initial feeling of firmness following treatment, but HIFU is designed to produce progressive results.
As new collagen develops and remodels, improvements become gradually more noticeable over the following weeks.
Results typically continue to develop over approximately 2–3 months, with further improvement possible as the collagen-remodelling process continues.
Because the treatment relies on your body’s own biological response, results and the rate at which they develop will vary from person to person.
The number of treatments required will depend on factors including your age, skin quality, degree of skin laxity and the result you would like to achieve.
For some clients, one treatment may be sufficient, while others may benefit from a further treatment following reassessment.
We will recommend an individual treatment plan during your consultation.
Sensation varies between individuals and between different areas of the face.
During treatment you may experience warmth, prickling or brief areas of discomfort as the ultrasound energy is delivered. Certain areas, particularly around the jawline, can feel more sensitive than others.
Treatment parameters can be adjusted where appropriate according to your skin and comfort levels.
SMARTHiFU is non-invasive and the surface of the skin remains intact, so most clients are able to return to their normal activities following treatment.
Temporary redness, tenderness, tingling or mild swelling can occur. These effects usually settle naturally, although occasionally sensitivity or swelling may last for several days.

SMARTHiFU may be suitable if you are beginning to notice mild to moderate skin laxity and would like to improve facial firmness and definition without surgery or injectable treatment.
It is important to remember that HIFU is not a replacement for a surgical facelift and results vary between individuals.
