Before you come for your consultation, have a think back to a time when maybe you thought your skin looked good? Do you like using skin care products or do you like to keep it simple?
In the past do you feel that you may have been given poor advice or maybe some good advice that you can share with us! You may not have been that vigilant with the SPF in the past!
Have you ever consulted a doctor about your skin? Bring along details of any prescribed medication and skincare that you are using.
We will start by taking a medical and lifestyle history. We will discuss what is bothering you and why? What would you like to change?
We will have a close look at your skin. Make-up should be removed to get the best look at the condition of the skin. If this is not practical for you at this initial meeting, we can still start to make a plan.
There is a huge amount of choice and options when it comes to skincare and skin rejuvenating treatments. Our approach is to find the right treatments and skincare, with an acceptable level of downtime, to fit into your lifestyle and budget. Often small changes in skincare can have a big impact on the way your skin looks and feels.
Although many treatments give quick and sometimes instant improvements to the quality of the skin, the best results take time. Much like a ‘crash diet’ versus slow and gradual weight loss. It will be worth the wait!

Our treatment rooms are based within the Crowthorne Health and Wellness Centres in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
Crowthorne is a busy little place, 22 minutes from Reading, between Wokingham and Bracknell. Easily accessible, just minutes from the end of the A329M.
There is parking. A comfortable waiting room. You can even combine a trip to us with a bit of shopping or meeting a friend for a coffee in the High Street.
